I have a client who is having issues printing the attachments she recieves through Notes. She is using a Canon Laser Class 1060 locally and also uses an Epson through our network. When printing documents that were generated by her machine or imported to her machine in any other manner other than Notes, she can print just fine or when trying to print documents through the Network printer it works fine also. Are there any known issues in Notes which makes printing to Canon printers a pain? I’d appreciate anyone’s help. Thanks in advance.
