Sometimes when the users tries to print, they get the print window but nothing happens when they press OK.
But if they change printers back and forth and pressses OK , then the printing works.
Anyone knows why?
The client environment is Windows 2003 R2 / Citrix PS 4.5 and the printers are all on the network.
