Hi there,
I have a view with a customized view icon from the images resources (i.e. “file.gif”), but when I print the view which is embedded, the icon does not print.
Haven’t they fixed it yet? I searched the forum and looks like this is kind of old bug, isn’t it?
I really appreciate any help on this matter,

Subject: Wingdings workaround (Re: Print view icon)
You’re right, this is an old bug, as I just had to work around it in R5.
Depending on the complexity of your custom icon, you may be able to use the “Wingdings” font to generate a suitable graphic. In my case, I just needed a simple checkbox. The letter “q” rendered in wingdings worked just fine. Maybe there are others that can substitute in your case.

Thanks Kevin,
I am aware about the windings. Unfortunately, they are very particular icons I should put there… The other option is to import the resource image into a form… but I was stuck on that too… anyway, if you know any other workaround, please keep me posted. Thanks.
