Print the entire To field

Is there a way a can code a button that prints all the names in the To and CC field of a memo. The only way to do that now is through the print options. I would like for the users to be able to have all the names appear in the To and CC field, but on ly when they print wuing this button.

Hi Mary,

You could go to File - User Preferences and then from Addition Option in the basic tab , select “Expand names field content when printing”
