Print Preview Not Printing Show Details

All,

I’ve one user. When she attempts to print out an email the details field is not included. ie. From and To Address fields. The actually addresses.

Clicking on the Show Details, you can then see the “full” information that she wants to print.

Yet, when you print preview or print, no details are shown or printed.

Deleted:

cache.ndk

bookmark.nsf

desktop8 and 6.

locally compacted mail file and files above. Also nfixup above. Removed mail file icon from workspace and readded

Refreshed and replaced design on her mail file.

Restarted print spool on pc. Also changed default printer.

Any thing else?

In 8.5.2 we have a new Mail preference where you can set Show Details On by default for all mail messages. This will be honored in Print Preview as well.

In previous releases, the only workaround is to open the mail message, click Show Details, and print from there.
