One of our users has then following issue: she wants to print e mail message. She opens the message and prints it with Ctrl+P. Just after hitting the Print button in the print dialog box, the message closes and the (older) message before in the list opens. This only happens with internet mail.I already asked a question about this in another thread because she thought it happened only with messages with attachments but it happens with every internet message. I already deleted the cache.dsk and upgraded the client to 8.5.1 (was 8.5.0). OS = XP SP3, mail template = 8.5.1

Yes, this is the 2nd question about the same problem. I performed the tips in the first thread and supposed it was solved. But not.After talking to the user to explain more in detail the problem I had more clearness about the problem.
It seems more simple to me to start a new thread because now I know: It happens only with internet mail which is opened and printed for the first time, independant of having attachements or not
