Print Header problem

Hello, I have a problem with print out document.

Is there any way to set up Header to print out title in two lines like below:

Form A First Line (page 1)

             Second Line              Number :1

Or Can we set up Page Break on the Notes document base on the different document?

Subject: Print Header problem.

In the Form Properties Box, in the Printing Tab (printer icon), you can set a Header and Footer to print for each document that is created by the form…

For two lines just enter one line, hit the ENTER key, enter the next line…
