User is trying to print 3 months of her calendar to a document using the Print Calendar to a document choice and setting the Calendar style to Calendar list.
She then sets the Print Range to 1st Feb 2005 to 30 April 2005 and hits preview.
She only sees items from the 1st Feb to 14th March. The same thing occurs if she prints it.
I have tried this on my client and have even lengthened the print range to 1st jan 2005 to 31 Dec 2005 - still only get the month and a half.
Any one have any ideas why this is so and how to fix it.
I have checked this forum, but none of the items on this topic mention this problem.
Sent my query to Lotus Support and got back the following:
Problem:
=======
From the calendar view of the mail file, Select File-> Print
Select ‘Print calendar to a document’ in the What to Print section and ‘Calendar List’ as the Calendar Style on the Printer tab, and then select a date range of over 42 days. The ‘OK’ button will be greyed out but you will be able to select the Preview button. The preview will only show you the first 42 days of the date range. From the preview you are able to print, but again only the first 42 days are printed.
This is a known limitation and an enhancement request has been generated to increase amount of days allowed to print for next release.
Content:
=======
If the customer needs to print over 42 days of their calendar they can select ‘Print Calendar’ instead of ‘Print calendar to a document’
