We have upgraded our servers and clients from 7.0.3 to 8.5.
Now, some mail messages which were previously received and included clickable url links, display these links as plain text. The user is forced to either forward or reply to the message, for the link to become clickable.

This seems to happen with mail coming from outside our site, which can be either automatically generated email or manually sent email.

Not all mail from outside our site has this problem though. Most mail from outside with links, display just fine - the links are clickable.
Nothing has changed about either our site with the exception of the upgrade. Our person docs have “Keep in senders’ format” in the “Format preference for incoming mail”.
Is anybody else having this problem or does anyone have any suggestions for resolution?
