Previewing a form on the web

I have a form that contains information and the Status is set to Draft , I have a button that allows the user to see the information on the web before they set the status to Published. The problem that I am having is that, the form that I use in the client is not the form that is used to display the information on the web. How can I have the information being seen on the web with another form.

Subject: Previewing a form on the web

If you are viewing the document with one form in web and other form while viewing in the client.,the alias form name has to be the same in either of the forms.

In the design properties , you have to hide the design element (form), Notes or Web accordingly.
