I notice sometimes the preview pane only shows From: and To: field and nothing in the body of the message. I usually logout of the client and delete cache.ndk and log back in. Most of the time this fixes the issue but week later problem comes back. Anybody had this issue?

This is the first time I hear about this symptom.
It will be good if you could share more information.
Do you see some patterns when this issue occurs? Once it started, you see this with all Email messages? or some messages, like a mime / internet messages?
