Preventing Old documents from Replicating to the server?

AFternoon,

I’m having an issue with Replication. We have users who haven’t replicated in a while and recently they replicated and our server copy recieved a lot of old invalid documents and we had to manually go in to delete them.

How can I prevent old documents from replicating to the server copy.

I think I can do this in the Advanced section of the replication setting and checking off the Documents by selection Formula

But I’m not sure of the coding. I was thinking on having no documents older than January 5th from replicating to the server.

Any suggestions?

How to prevent users from replicating documents to a server replica, while continuing to receive documents in local replicas Reference #: 1218824

    You have several users that have a very old replica of a Notes™ database and have not replicated it with the server in over 30 days. When they do replicate, old documents that have long since been deleted from the server's replica return.
