OK having a hard time getting something to work correctly. As is usually the case I am sure I am just not understanding how Notes handles it.
I want to disable printing of specific documents, while allowing printing of others. Sounds simple enough, in Designer on the advanced tab I click the option to Disable printing/copying.
This does not seem to do the trick. I read about the $KeepPrivate key that I should set to “1” but that does not seem to work either.
If I go into the ACL I can completely disable printing/copying but that is not quite what I want.
Ideally I would like to stop users from Copying documents but still allow them to print certain ones. Not sure if this is possible. I do not want users making a local replica and do not want them to copy/duplicate a document using copy and paste.
Next best thing is to disallow the printing of specific documents which I cannot seem to get working correctly, any ideas or know what I am doing wrong?
