Hi!
I’m currently storing the particulars of the people using the document in fields which are inside the document itself. However the propblem occurs when 2 or more people try to access the same document. The user details of the first person will get erased by the 2nd person. Since the access to the document is for a test, it cannot be held by a test taker indefinitely. How should i overcome this?

read on the lock and unlock of the NotesDocument of LS. lock will go to the queryopen and unlock will go to the querysave.

I’d put them in the Querymodechange and QueryClose eventa, or you’re gonna end up with a bunch of locked docs from those people who opened the doc but didn’t save =)
