I am running Windows 2000 with all the latest fixpacks using IE 6.0.2800.1106 to access iNotes on a 6.0.1 (non-CF) server. Whenever I reply to a message and try to add a new line by pressing the Enter key, IE gets a critical error in Kernel32 and has to restart. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions for fixes? I suspect it is a configuration issue but I won’t entirely rule out a bug in the iNotes RichText applet.

This has been discussed previously. It appears to be a known Micro$oft issue with the latest IE Service Pack. I didn’t start having the problem until I downloaded the service pack myself…

try q813489.exe from microsoft.
i installed this and the problem was killed!
