If a user has set any preferred room or resources in their calendar profile AND the owner of the room set restrictions on these rooms these changes is not updated in the users profile.Has anyone had the some problem? Solutions? Suggestions?
Subject: Separate settings
The Preferred room settings are stored in each users mail file along w/their other preference settings. That setting merely reflects the users preference in filtering down their choices for R&R searching/booking.
All room restrictions are stored in the R&R dB to control actual bookings of rooms or resources.
Different parties control the different settings and they are used for different purposes so there is no direct connection between adjusting one or the other.

I hope that there will be a solution, otherwise we have to hide the function of preferred rooms wich is quite good!
