"Preferences" missing from drop down list

Hi Everyone,

I have an issue where a user cant see the “Preferences” menu When she goes into “Tools”, in her mail box.

Any ideas.

There is a Hide-When formula.

IF the notes client is under version 250(Under client 7.x), the button will be hidden.

In the mail db design, in the inbox folder, there is button named tools\Preferences that is a shared actions.

There is a hide-when formula to hide this button if you don’t use a notes 7 client.

So if you user is using form example, notes 6.5 client, the button will be hidden to her.

Thanks for that, The domino server has been upgraded from version 6 to 7, and all users are on Lotus Notes client 7.0.2
