Preferemces Write Access andCalendar Overlay trouble Notes 8.5.1 on Mac?

Hello All

I’ve an User, who uses Calendar Overlay alot to see the Calendar of his Employee’s, which also use Notes.

Now he got from one day to the other following problem:

  • when he opens his calendar a Overlay from an employee is already active which is annonying.

  • when he clicks it away or even deletes the overlay, its here and active again as soon he restarts Notes.

Is there some trouble that Mac can’t write some config Files or something like that?

I’ve a similar Bug, where i guess its about the System not having write Access on the Preferences File (notes.ini) on some Mac Clients. They have to Click tru Notes Setup every Time they retart their Computer.

Any ideas?

Subject: Possible calendar profile issue

Try adding the user profile of the owner of the overlayed calendar in the calendar preferences under Access & Delegation → Shortcuts to Other’s Mail → Shortcuts in Your Mail file, save and close, open the preferences again and remove them. If that doesn’t work, try deleting the calendar profile document.
