When a document is actioned(Approve) and from web it is not going to next state , It show the following error in$WxErrorText field on lotus notes document
POWERFLOW ERROR: Unable to load members."

“LINE: 367”
There are 5 to 6 workflow stages for application , the work
flow runs smooth from start to 3 stages then it gives the error
Please help
