Post-Create mail database

Hi,i created an user on my Domino server without his mail database.

Now, after a month, i need to create his mail database.

How can I add/create the database ?

Subject: Post-Create mail database

This is quite simple…

File > Database > new database

Give it the correct name ie persons name followed by Mail file etc (does not matter). Put this is in the /mail folder (if this is where it is going)

Use the correct mail template for mail that you use.

Add the servers to the ACL (LocalDomainServers)

Add Admistrator Group to ACL

Add the User to the mail

Change the mail file owner > Tools > preferences etc.

Then change the person document to LOTUS NOTES and add your domain and File path to the DB.

This is all that will need to be done
