Can I make a formual in column, to have same document appear twice, one is on top, the other one is below. I know someone response this last time, by having one field being assigned two different value, but I have many documents already created, quite tedious to do this for existing documents.
Example:
Product Sold
Apple 50units
Orange 20 units
CostPerUnit
Apple Usd0.5
Orange Usd0.3
But both Apple are from same document. Or is it what I need is probably export to crystal reporting?

Do you want to show muliple values in the column or do you want to show multiple lines for the same document. Either is possible. Multiple values for a single entry can be done like this:
AppleVal : OrangeVal : AppleUSD : OrangeUSD
(you can add static text as well)
The only way I know to make a document show up twice is to categorize it with two values similar to the above. Include multiple values in a categorized column.
