The local user policies have to be reset

Backup the users names.nsf file

Open users address book (names.nsf)
-
Go to the hidden view ($Policies)
a. To go to this view, press and hold CTRL + Shift b. Click on View -> Go To -
Delete all documents listed there

Go to the current location document
a. To go to this view b. Click on View -> Go To c. Expand Advanced and select Locations -
Select the current location

Click on Edit Location

Click on Actions → Remove Address book preferences

Click on Actions → Advanced → Set update flag

Click on YES when prompted
-
Save and Close the location document
-
Restart lotus notes
