PORT FORWARDING Issue

Hi,I am facing a problem, my senario is as follows,

Internet—(eth0 Real IP)Linux RHEL5(eth1 Class C IP)—Windows XP (Lotus Domino)

Now i have setup a set of firewall rules on Linux that do port forwarding of some specific ports to Lotus Machine, now the thing is that all the ports that are being forwarded are working fine except for port 25 and 110 which are the key ports for mail transfer,

When i send mail from hotmail or gmail or anyother mail service i am able to recieve mails on my lotus machine, but when i send mails from lotus machine i am unable to recieve the mails any where else except on the same domain.

Now when i use router instead of linux machine with same configuration as of linux everything works fine, including mail delivery.

I want to use Linux for port forwarding not a Router, please help me out in this issue.

Kind Regards

Subject: Re: PORT FORWARDING Issue

Have you setup a Rule for forwarding TCP Port 1352? (NRPC)

This is the Port used by your Lotus Notes Client, in addition to Port 25/110 to communicate with the Domino Server (send/receive emails). If traffic intended for this Port isn’t being forwarded to the Internet, then its more than likely inhibiting you from sending email via Notes.
