Port 110 remains open, despite of Server Doc Configuration

Dears,

I am using nping to test my network in order to solve a problem with 1352 port, and suprisely I found 110 port open on all my servers, despite of the Server Doc, which are all disabled.

Is there any reasonable explanation for that?

Is the POP3 task running on your servers? If it is, disabling POP3 will ensure that there is no response on port 110.

No, it’s not. The server is running SMTP, LDAP and ordinary tasks.

The same is happening for 443 (hhtps).
