POP3 users: change password?

Quick question: Is there a way a POP3 user can change his/her internet password without having to use the Lotus Notes client?

They can hit a Domino web site that does it for them. I think I saw some examples in the Sandbox.

Domino 6 now has a ?ChangePassword URL construct.
