Pop up description on mouse over action button in view

I need to have icons in action button and no labels in view.I need to describe the button when user moves mouse over icon of action button. Foe example icon of email should pop up Email when mouse is scrolled over that icon.How can this be done?Please help.

Subject: Action button properties???

I need to check “Only show icon in Action Bar” so that only icon shows in action bar, but at the same time to help user to understand icon’s meaning, I need to opoup its lable when mouse is moved over or atleast show the lable in status bar, I am not getting a way to do so.There is no help property available on action button which could be used for same purpose.Please help me how can I do this?Thanks,
