does anyone how to create a policy to restrict users copying from person documents in the nab? Also is there a specific way to NOT restrict just one user from copying person documents?

You can try using the $KeepPrivate field like in mail. I haven’t tried this, but it might work. In general though, I think you need to be able to copy from the person documents in order to use them for addressing…so I’m not sure you can prevent copying the whole user doc, but not prevent copying from the fields for addressing.
