Policy to change Location doc setting

We want to change Mail Addressing setting (Local only to Local then Server) in location document for all our users. Is there a way we can do it on one go ?

I have checked Desktop policy but could not find this setting.

Any other way of doing this ?

Subject: not currently a feature

Sorry, there’s no way to do that currently. I have entered a new request to our Requirements database, to be considered for a future release.
