Policy Setting-Sever Unavailable or Unusable

Created an Explicit Policy Document to Register Users except every time I try to invoke it I get the following error:

The policy setting for registration server (") is not being applied. The server is unavailable or unusable.

Only have 1 server. Having no problems applying desktop or setup settings through the same policy. Just can’t apply the registration settings.

Deleted & recreated the registration settings doc. - no help.

Any input?

Do you have all the necessary permissions on that registration server?Domino Directory - create documents, user creator role

Certlog - create documents.

Has anybody else had this same issue and found what is causing it. I am running 6.0.2CF2 on the server and 6.0.3 on the client.
