Is anybody know if is possible to create a policy lock-down for attached files? I´ve heard that is possible to create a policy and this way the attached file keeps on the server and the user only receives a link. I´ve looked for articles, discussion lists, but I did not find anything…
I think you want to research Shared Mail. I think that keeps one copy of an attached file on the server and not in each database. I don’t think it appears any different to the user though - which is probably a good thing.
