Policy entry for "Keep in senders format"?

Hello,

Within the Person Document in the Domino Directory, we want to enable a poilcy to set the setting for the “Format preference for incoming mail:” to Keep in Senders Format. However, we cannot find this anywhere in Policies.

We have been able to set the setting for “Format for messages addressed to internet addresses:” to MIME Format (which is in the users location doc).

Can anyone advise??

We ended up creating a schedule agent (running nightly) in the names.nsf setting the MessageStorage field to 1. This sets the “Format preference for incoming mail:” to Keep in Senders Format. Savvy users could change it every morning, but if they do, the agent resets it every night.

WOW!!! I have been looking for a way to change this without having to go into each Person Doc. What a life saver!
