I created a Policy and enabled archiving for 3 users. Now all users have there archiving locked. I deleted the policy but it didn’t release the archive settings… HELP
Subject: Policy Based Archiving
Not an expert by any means…but maybe you need to reinstate the policy and just ‘deselect’ the option the prevented users from doing their own archiving. That way the new setting will be pushed down to your users.
