i changed value’s policy mail trash (default 48)but not work, in the client the value is always 48.
has anyone had same problem?

Subject: Have you tried checking the user’s access to the Directory?
Policies can be tricky to debug. We had a scenario that was puzzling in that we didn’t understand why admins could get policy updates and general end users could not.
Can you see if someone who has full admin rights to the Domino Directory can get the policy?
In our case it was a security policy that pushed internet certificates. Turned out that the end user needed “Replicate/Copy documents” checked off on whatever entry they matched up with in the ACL in the Domino Directory.
Might be worth checking.
