Pointer please: limiting admin rights to certifier

HiI read somewhere, in D6 when some administrators require access to the certifier id, you can limit their rights to what they need to do.

Can someone point me to the help pages about this issue. I have searched Admin Help but can not locate the info.

You have in ND6 different levels of administrators.Also in ND6 you can have persons registering new users without access to the certifier.id this the Domino server-based certification authority (CA).
