Plz help, strange issue

Hi all, I made a subform and insert it to user’s “_Calendar” form in mail DB. Then I add some script to script lib “CSEventNotes” in the mail. It work well. But user told me that sometimes the subform is disappeared and I found the script is disappeared too. Why? Please help. Any advice is welcome. Thanks.
