PLZ HELP!!! I’ve got a REALLY odd problem, can’t seem to find anything like it in the forums here… I’ve found the kb in Notes on “resolving differences”, but that hasn’t helped either.
I have a user who can see all his appointments\meetings, etc. when looking at his calendar - however, when someone tries to schedule an appt with him, his appointments to NOT appear - it looks as if his entire day is free!
When he goes in to schedule a meeting and checks his own availability it looks the same way… : s
I checked his profile\availability times\settings, etc. those all look fine. I even made sure his pc was updated for DST, that was okay also. I tried replacing the design of his mail file - no luck there.
I went into the server and ran “Tell Sched Show” for the user, got the reply “No event scheduled for user” ?!
“Tell sched list” does show the correct times
I ran across something in the forums that mentioned a user who had a ‘calendar’ folder that was causing problems, so I checked his folders… He doesn’t have that, but he DOES have a folder ‘Inbox’, under which his subfolders are listed.
I tried moving those subfolders to the regular ‘Folder’ view, but no luck.
He did have the old R5 design to his folders, so I refreshed the design on those.
I’ve ran compact\fixup\updall on his mail file, but no luck there either. No .nsd or anything was created in his mail path on the pc - I’m totally stumped here!
(And to be honest, I’d hate to have to rebuild the busytime on the server for just one user…)
Has anyone encountered this type of problem before???
At this point, I’m ready to recreate his mail file and just copy\paste his entries over… : (
