Plugin_customization.ini - Not Working

Menu “File → Application → Install” is not available even after updating the plugin_customization.ini with the following:

com.ibm.notes.branding/enable.update.ui=true

Any ideas ?

the ini will not override policy settings.

I know we have a couple of Desktop Policy files. How do I know what policy my machine is apart of ?

We don’t want everyone to be able to install on their machines.

Subject: from the policy experts

Policies are assigned by user not by machine. To tell which Desktop policy is assigned to a given user, use the Admin client to select the user, right click and run the Policy Synopsis tool.
