I am using R6.5 server with 6.5 clients. Unread mail count does not get refreshed. I tried upgrading it to R6 extended template didn’t helpPlease advise

Unread Marks have always been a problem with Notes. Just give a glance at all the posts on that matter to figure out this.
What do you mean by does not get refreshed…I mean when, in which situation?
Have you had a look at the db properties (last tab) to check whether or not Unread marks options have been set?
