We have upgraded our server, and most of the notes clients to Notes 6…but some are experiencing a weird corruption with some of the views.
In a database that has not be upgraded in design to 6.0 - when users open some of the views (different for each user) it is corrupting one of the columns in the view - changing the text to wing dings. It is a shared view - but it only corrupts on the users workstation. I have tried deleting the cache.ndk but I can’t seem to find what the problem is. If I delete the view in designer and paste it again - it’s back to normal for the user.
Can anyone help? How can I clear out the users information…or do you think it’s possibly their id file?
