I have designed a database which involved the oracle connectivity as per the requirement and it works fine on my machine. Testing was successfully completed by me as a developer on my machine.
Now when i have given the same database to the user to go thru UAT (user acceptance test)process, the error comes when it tries to open a form.
Error message: Error loading USE or USELSX module:*LSXLC
precaution taken …
No Double Declaration
Proper Declaration of the script name in the option of the Globals of database.
The NLSXODBC.DLL is present.
As the application is successfully running on my machine without this error, then why is it that the user’s are facing this error.
The database involves 3 routing cycle, the 3rd person of the routing requires the database relative connectivity setting such as TNSNAMES.ORA & ODBC Driver setup on his machine so as he pushes the data into oracle…
my point of discussion is that do i require to have these setting at initiator’s level( which i think it shouldnt be)
this error message occurs while opening of the form, after the form is opened by clicking “ok” at every field on the form.
