When I opened the mailbox, the mail frameset and the mail view were separated into two windows, why? How to fix it?

this happened to me also …
the solution was to replace the maildatabase’s design with the mailtemplate. If I’m not mistaken, it was not enough to update the design, but I actually had to replace the design with the (same) mail template.

hmmm … it did the trick for me …
Of course, you can allways open your mail db in the designer and make the right link in the frameset again.
Or you could delete the faulty framesets, and then replace the mail db’s design again with the current mail template.

I opened the problem nsf in another pc and it’s display was ok. So, the nsf design should be ok. I’m thinking the problem is on the Bookmark.nsf, but have not clue. Have other suggestions?

Pauline, you´re absolutely right. I had the same problem and so, because of the hint you gave me, I just deleted bookmark.nsf. When starting the client again it was recreated - no more problems with seperated frames in my mailbox … of course all customizations in my old bookmarks vanished in the haze … which wasn´t any problem in my case.
That worked fine with me. But replacing design or replicating bookmarks.nsf didn´t solve the problem.
