I have asked this before but we are getting the error message:
Platform stats: unable to obtain process information.
people said that it was the statrep.nsf file and that it needed to be repaired or recreated. i have tried all the fixes that i can find - even to the extent of downing the server - removing it and starting it again. but this did not make a squat of difference. there is a server task that bears the name platform stats. i would like to know how to reconfigure it so that we dont get this message anymore.
