I have been searching around forum for this error and havent been able to find an answer and hope someone can help.
When changing Outbound Message Content to “Notes to Plain Text and HTML” seems that email responses coming back tend to have their Font enlarge by 2 pts every response.
If a message bounces back and forth a few times, the font at the bottom of message ends up being about 18pt.
I have switched back to “Notes to Plain text” to correct problem for now but want to go back to Plain text and HTML.
Any assistance would be great.

It has long been true of Notes that the sizing conversion between rich text and HTML is wrong, so standard 10pt gets converted to size 3, which is translated back as 12 pt which converts back to size 4. I have mostly experienced it with rich text fields edited in the Java applet on the web, but the conversion is almost certainly the same.
Unfortunately, I have no good solutions, but it might give you a place to search for other possible answers.

Looks like ive got a work around.When config is set to Plain text and HTML, you must have Email Format in MIME and not Rich Text which is what i had…
Ive created a Policy which changes email to MIME with HTML and now all seems to be OK.
Also ive found that if you have Font as Default Mono Space, then your Font will be very small (6pt) when received even though it states 10pt?
Ive change it to Arial and all is now OK.
But after all this, now my forms are not being received?? Ow well.
