I would like to get a PIN back when users browse or submit a form.
How can I receive a PIN from the Blackberry?

I don’t recall where the option is, but it’s documented at blackberry.com
Basically you tell the BES server what addresses can be trusted to receive the PIN, and they are added to the request headers.
