@PickList

I am doing this @PickList.First the view - MyView is shown allright but when I select one

document from the view another dialogbox “Select Keyword” is visible (with the doc. I just selected in the previous view).

How can I avoid this second dialogbox to show?

I only want to select once.

Server := MyServer;

DB := MyPath;

@PickList( [Custom] ; Server:DB ; “MyView” ; “xxx” ; “yyyy” ; 2 )

there is no easy way for us to answer this given the info you provided. There is something wrong in your design but since we don’t have all of the facts we cannot know where the problem is.

In a form-field I have this @Picklist:Server := MyServer;

DB := MyPath;

@PickList( [Custom] ; Server:DB ; “MyView” ; “xxx” ; “yyyy” ; 2 ).

When I “activate” the field a view-dialog is shown as it should and it seems that I can select one keyword (“value”) from the view. But when I click OK another dialogbox is shown with the title “Select a Keyword” and the keyword I selected form the view-dialog is shown in this dialogbox. It also works to select this keyword which then is written in the form-field.

I would like to get the keyword in the formfield directly from the view-dialog without going through another dialogbox.

I use @Picklist because the server and db-path is varying and selected from two other computed fields in the document/form.

Is there some other information you need to be able to give me some hints?
