Picklist returns view but not docs for some but not most!

A newer designer that I am helping has a picklist in a button that will work great for a few people. However, the majority of the people can only access an empty view.

I have checked. All people have access to the view. All people have access to the specific column in the view. So view seems to be OK. Notice I said seems.

The form that is being looked up on the view did not allow all readers. So I changed it All Readers and Above can read the form. Form should be ok now.

Do you have any more suggestions on what I can check to see why some people still can not view the documents on the picklist view???

Never Mind, I finally remembered last night to tell her to update the Readers Field that was generated.
