Hi all, I’m using picklist to collect a set of documents.When i select it in order(As i have my documents arranged in order"A",“B”,“C”,…etc.,in column entries),it results in different order like “C”,“D”,“A”,“E”…

 How can i make it to come in order...why that varies?????

I want this because I’ve to set values in fields accordindly based on their positions… if this results random I cannot assume their positions…

@sort will not work because I’m selecting many field values from the document…

Plz help…

hi Swaroopa…Am a novice. I hope you are using @Picklist formula.

Is your column entry of your view is sorted in ascending? The column entry’s(“A , B , C…”) property to be sorted ascending…

I checked it and the view (in dialog box) comes in the order in which the column is sorted!
