We have had several users with this issue. To clear it up we’ve been having them delete or rename the Workspace folder (program directory\notes\data\workspace). You’ll have to re-enter some Sametime credentials or settings, but the error goes away.
Subject: Same error, but deleting workspace doesn’t help
I’m seeing a user who is getting this same error from time to time. We went the route of deleting the workspace folder and letting the client recreate it, but the issue resurfaced a few days later.
It’s consistent, it only happens on occasion.
User is running 8.5.1 on a Windows 7 laptop and he sleeps his computer to move it from home to work, from his desk to meetings, etc. The error tends to come up after turning the laptop back on. Wondering if anyone else has noticed a pattern or similar behavior coming out of sleep mode.
We just applied FP2 yesterday to see if this helps to resolve the error. No other side effects, just the nagging error.
