Phone message sent to external users/traveler

Hi

I we send a standard phone message to an external user (not notes) or to a notes user, who looks at it from a mobile phone (using traveler). We cannot see all the information from then phone message form.

Is there a solution for this?

Current Lotus Notes Traveler implementation is that only the “Body” field is synch down to the devices for the Phone Message, which does not have all of the information as seen on a Lotus Notes client. After further investigation a change was added to 8.5.2 G2b/G3 (the second language) release so that the entire phone message will be synched down to devices that support rich text.
