Phone Message Pad Modification

Hello,

I would like to modify the Phone Message pad in Lotus notes to add a few more fields. I posted a topic a few days ago and was told:

“To modify Phone Message 2 form on your mail template”.

Can someone supply a step by step guide on how to do this?

I would like to add Date and Time into the message pad.

Subject: Phone Message Pad Modification

  1. Open the mail template in designer2) Open the Phone Message 2 form

  2. Insert field1

  3. Set field parameters

  4. Repeat 3 & 4 for field2

  5. Save the updated form

  6. Done

Remarkably similar to how you’d add fields to any form in any database :wink:
